LA211 Control Valve issue on down

my good ol 1000 hour BX2200 with LA211 started having an issue recently. The down function is no longer smooth. Its very jumpy, especially when weighted with anything in the bucket. It almost feels like its all or nothing when i push the control forward. For what its worth - It holds weight just fine

Any suggestions of what to look for? I suspect a rebuild is required... but i have NO desire to purchase a new valve for $1900!!!

Any time you have loader issues and suspect the valve, the simple thing to do is to swap lift arm and bucket hoses. If the problem remains then you know the real issue is not with the loader valve but cylinders.

Should a new valve be needed there are lots of good valves available for far less than Kubota prices.

I have not looked yet. If your valve a three way or a 4 way?

Thank you Dave! Great suggestion. I will do so.

I believe it is a 3 way (Up down curl float), or is that a 4 way? Could you point me to alternative valve assemblies to research (just in case)?
