Have a L35 with a bad steering cylinder. Seems to be discontinued everywhere. Has anyone found anything close enough to retrofit?

I had the same issue.
Mine had a big rusted hole in the rod and leaked very badly.
I have a hydraulic place near me that brazed the rod and rebuilt with regular piston and gland parts.

As @PoTreeBoy indicates, I hope all it needs is a rebuild. Most shops can handle it.

I just had a rod fabbed for the steering cylinder in my L3010. It's not an uncommon issue (due to pitting), so any hydraulic shop will be able to do it. It's also quite a bit less expensive than a NOS unit, if you can find one.
