L3010 serial number

My l3010 manual shows the number should also be stamped on the right side of tractor(viewed from sitting on the seat) . Located on the frame below the hydraulics shutoffs/filter. On the 3010, thats below the spin on filter you see there.

After talking to Kubota I was advised to look for a plate attached to the right side of the transmission. I found the plate and this is the number 13870. Could this be the correct number and what does it tell me.
