L2900 Won't move

My L2900 was working fine low speed second gear shuttling forward to reverse just fine went back pushed in the clutch dropped the three point shuttled to forward let out the clutch and NOTHING! No pop bang or crunch the tractor won't ingage. Hauled it home without opening it up the high to low shifts, the 1-4 shifts and the shuttles shifts. Drained the fluid no metallic fine at all.
Any ideas before I procede to do what I don't want to do [split it]?

I'm not sure how much help we can be. Not many of us have been inside a shuttle transmission. Though the lack of metal and suddenness of it makes it sound like a stuck\plugged valve to me. I'd poke around in the thing's brain and see if anything obvious pops up.

Make sure the high-low shifter is engaged.

I had a similar problem last year.
I accidentally bumped the hi-low knob and it settled in neutral.
