The starter on my L1500 has bit the dust. has anyone had to replace their's? If so, did you replace it with same or is there a cross reference one that I can use a replacement? Thanks in advance.

Kubota is fairly proud of their electrical parts. I would go with an aftermarket like uni-point Canadian made.

Might take your starter to the local rebuilder to see if they can work it over. Worst they can say is, no.
I found a starter rebuild shop that's been in business for a while. If he says no way, I'll need that info. Matter of fact could you send me the quote. Thanks
I found a starter/alternator rebuild shop that was local. He took care of my problems. Glad to have dodge the bullet one more time! Thanks to all who took the time to respond.
