Can someone tell me what size & type the fittings are on the hoses that go from the hard lines (at the hard line) to the female QDs in the cast iron bracket?

You can try taking a photo alongside a measuring tape from the side and from the tip end and asking a good hydraulic or hose shop for help.
I've had better luck pulling one fitting (if all the same) and taking it to a big-city hose shop. The fittings are not proprietary but there are literally dozens to choose from. Local small or rural shops sometimes are limited in what they carry.
You might get lucky and find a match at Tractor Supply or your local agricultural co-op.
Make certain the thread end also matches your application or you may need an adapter. Back to that big well stocked hose shop.
