If it had that much carbon, there is 100% a cause. Either the air filter is letting stuff by, it's running very rich, bad gas, burning oil. Either HG or bad rings. Or some combo of them.
Mechanic still has the machine. Still not right. They called kawasaki tech. Line,but still haven't received the correct fix. I still think it's a bad cam. I got 130 compression when I had it, but it wouldn't have it when it was supposed to. If it had of been my machine I would have opened the crankcase regardless. It belongs to a 90 yr old friend though. I personally dought it had that much carbon on the valves,but I don't call nobody a lie unless I am sure.

Called the mechanic today. Now they say cam spacer went out and it took the cam bearings out. Now it's back to the cam like I figured to start with, but I've never seen the inside of a kawasaki.
