This afternoon I was mowing some high lawn grass with my B7610HSD (555 hours) and a Land Pride 5' rear discharge finishing mower. Because the grass was so tall and thick I was in low and going very slow. I heard what I thought was a 'click' and now the tractor will not move forward or reverse. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does your PTO engage? Did you try shifting to different ranges with the hydro pedal pushed down some to see if you can hear gears grinding? If the PTO works and the gears do not grind, it is a hydro problem.

Sound like you might have blown the clutch. ;)
Do like whitetiger said, to confirm.

Well I had the Kubota dealer pull it apart, and the entire hydrostat assembly was shot, with metal filings throughout the entire system. Have to get it all flushed and a complete new hydrostat assembly. $$$$$$$$
