If you do not know the manufacturer of the loader you could just take the cylinder off of the loader, open it up and take all parts to a bearing supply or preferably a hydraulic shop if there is one close to you. A good supplier might be even able to recognize the make and be able to obtain the proper parts. Cylinders usually use a combination of components that make up the seal assembly as it seals the full hydraulic pressure from escaping. Some have a standard looking seal that you can see around the shaft. This is just used as a wiper for the shaft.
If you are lucky someone here will be able to recognize it from your pictures once posted. Most loaders have a name plate installed somewhere.
