Looking for help to tweek the creep out of my HSD1700. I have the (PDF) service manual which is unclear to me how to do this. Think the authors do not have a very good command of the English. I tried to adjust the centering springs to no avail. It's the neutral adjusting portion of the procedure that I can't grasp. Think that trunion plate they talk about is nearly impossible to see. I also am not able to locate the neutral adjusting point (#3) in the diagram. TIA for any assistance offered. Botaken.

There is no springs or such to adjust the neutral point it's all done with one bolt, loosen the bolt (100) and adjust the lever (60) up or down to eliminate the creep.
If the bushing (20) or lever (60) is worn you will need to replace them to get a good neutral back in it.
