Newer BX series idle and 1400+
I think the B7100 is close to 1000, mine has a tach. If I try to get below that get pissy and then cuts off (fuel is shut off) but at 1000ish is purrs.
I would say that 1100 is good![]()
Here is a link to information on your tractor. It does not give the idle speed but it does give the rated RPM (2500 RPM). I would say that the 1120 RPM you mentioned sounds about right.I have a brand new B2650 and I'm wondering what the correct "min." engine speed is supposed to be?? The idle speed on mine is the same as yours and is correct.I have a brand new B2650 and I'm wondering what the correct "min." engine speed is supposed to be?? The slowest engine speed is about 1120 rpm....what is the slowest speed supposed to be??

If that was mine, I would bump that up to 1100, at least. I have my idle set to 1400 and my tractor is very happy with that.My b2650 idles at 1040 rpm
The low idle spec is listed as 1100 rpm.I have a brand new B2650 and I'm wondering what the correct "min." engine speed is supposed to be?? The slowest engine speed is about 1120 rpm....what is the slowest speed supposed to be??
