Hi my name is Chad and I have a B7100HST 4WD that I inherited from my uncle. It was bought new in 1992 and used for mostly cutting grass with groom mower. I have started doing some routine maintenance and restoration. Hour meter shows 2700hrs but not sure how accurate this is since just the key left on will run up the hours without motor running. I currently have the engine oil pressure light staying on. I am not sure if I triggered this with cleaning and working on the tractor or if it is a serious problem. Is there a way to check if the oil pressure switch is working properly? Thanks for any info

Find the oil pressure switch. Unscrew it and screw in a mechanical 100 lb guage. That will give you the real pressure. You can find the guage for as little as $15 at tractor supply.
