My rims cracked on my B9200 (predecessor to the 2150) and I ended up buying a new from Kubota but it was a pretty penny! I temporarily welded the other one, but I plan on having my friend with a mill make up a plate to weld onto my OEM rim so its all fixed back up. When we do that, I can see how hard it is to fab up a few more plates to sell to forum members to save them the time.

Once we make em up, I'll post up the results.

Any updates on the plates to fix the two piece rims yet?

You shouldn't need a mill for this work. A straight plate with the holes drilled from a drill press in the right spot would work. Clean the wheel and weld the plate on. I'd make the diameter of the repair plate match the diameter of the hub section it bolts to.

You can repair the cracks and such on the frontside like Rob did and have a good looking, as well as stronger wheel. Repaint to match.

Remove the tire before welding!
