Found this disc near me, not that I needed one but for $100 I thought it would be worth it. If i find a use for it I'll keep it or after I fix 1 bearing and a few of the disc's and maybe some paint I'll trade it for something I can use.
It's a King Plow brand. Never heard of them I guess they've been out of business awhile. Seems to be built well other than lift pin spacing is a bit narrow for QH , easy fix though..
I like to weigh the implements, just curious to know what Ive got back there. This was 536lbs

I wouldn't have turned it down for that price. Good find.

Nice score! I paid $200 for a 5 foot set several years ago and thought I got a steal. I had looked at several others ranging from $600 to $1000.

What did the dynamometer cost?
Or more importantly, tell us about the blue doo-hickey thing-a-ma-bob that's lifting the $100 stolen item, ummm, I mean $100 good deal!

eBay item, $77 shipped, I figured it was worth that to be sure I wasn't overloading the loader, or 3 pt. I found out that I was terrible at estimating weight.

Do you mean the boom pole? That's probably my most used attachment, loading and unloading junk.. Actually it was the first attachment, I had to buy it with my box blade so I could get it off the truck, well knew I would need it anyway. If you don't have one you should get one they are real handy, and usually around $100 bucks.

I see you made your boom QH compatible, I did mine too but it sure limited the range of motion until the hydro toplink got hooked up.
I was just hooking it up with a regular toplink in the upper hole and letting the QH top section "float" it just layed against the boom like it was still hooked up.

I really want to make a 3 point for the loader so I can use my boom up front, I.m sure it wont pick up a huge amount of weight stuck way out there but the 300 or so it will do could come in handy.

Yea you can see I really had to drop the top link pin point but it seems to work well so far. I lifted about 660 lbs out off the end but that was about all she wanted that far back.
I was thinking that somehow I need to make an adapter for my fork frame that will be like a 3pt QH so it will be as close as possible to the loader arm ends but haven't figured that out yet, too many projects, too little $$$$

I have a stand I made out of re-bar for the boom it sits in the cradle and I can hook it up and set it back in the stand without getting off the tractor or having to handle it. I LOVE THAT PART .... Changing implements is a PITA !!

Yeah I'm not too picky about the color on my implement just as long as there's Paint on them I don't like them rusty
