First time post. I bought new 2012 L3200 with 545 FEL, now has 145 hr.s, the FEL float position just lifts the tractor. The lift control underneath the seat was stuck and I had to force it to turn. After turning, the lift control
works fine but the float still doesn't work. Does this have anything to do with the float for the FEL? Any ideas to fix this?

If we are together the knob under the seat is the speed at which the rear lift arms go down and it has nothing to do with the loader. Shot in the dark but are the lines on the loader connected correct? Someone else will be along with more thoughts shortly I am sure.

Phil2top,

Did your float work at one time? It sounds like it did.

To use your float, you put the bucket down (try flat) and then raise the lever quickly. Do not slowly push down your bucket as it will do what you described. That is, it will raise the tractor.

Float on my B3300SU, you have to bump it forward (takes a good bump) past the down position to get it to float.

If its an outside dog, then theres a chance the float control detents are rusted/ stuck. I saw this on a machine that lives outside year round.

Usually a good snap forward for float. When the control sticks it usually needs some attention. Cleaning and a lubing.
