I've just bought a 4WD F1900 with no deck.

Now I've found an after market deck (model TMB60RH) but don't know which model Kubota it came off. Looking at the photos of the deck it looks like the hydraulic arms are wider apart than those on the F1900.
But I thought these were all just standard CAT 1 dimensions.

Question : are the mower decks interchangeable between F1900 and it's bigger brother the F3560 ?

There are photos of the mower deck here :

And photos of the mower I just bought here :

I realise that running a 60" deck on the smaller F1900 might put too much stress on the F1900. It will only be used for mowing my flat lawn regularly, so I expect it will all be ok. Please let me know if you think I'm heading into trouble.

I've had a good look at more photos of the deck and spoken with the seller and have concluded it's a minor job to weld new brackets onto the deck, so have bought it for $1200.

Next possible issue, the deck comes with a PTO shaft for an F3650.
Will that PTO shaft fit directly onto an F1900 ?

spent the day making new brackets for the mower deck, it all bolts up ok now but the PTO shaft is too long.
I'm not keen on cutting it any shorter (not that it will work) so need to find another one.
Needs to be 10 spline (25mm OD) at tractor end and 15 spline (25mm OD) at the mower end.
I have plenty of standard 6 spline shafts.
Is there such a thing as an adapter ?

No such adapter so took the PTO shaft into a specialist drive shaft shop.
He pointed out that it had been extended (badly) previously, so it was easy for him to shorten it down to the right length.

I've been using it for several weeks and goes great.

Fitted a suspension seat today, what a treat.
