Engine Operating Temp MX4700

Does anyone know the proper operating temp for the MX4700? Mine does not run hot at all according to the gauge. In fact it runs so cool on the gauge I wonder if it might be too cool. I can't find anything about the actual temp it supposed to be even in the WSM.

Also, the gauge has a small dot much nearer the C than the H. What does that dot represent?

I don't know yet Wxman, but I'll find out soon enough. Going to pick up my new MX5100 tomorrow!
