BX2660 400hr service

I bought my BX2660 last April with 214 hours (previous owner did the major 50 hour service and minor 100 & 150 hr service). I changed the oil & filter and air filter at 285 hrs earlier this year. I thought I was around 385 hours and due for an oil change - turns out I'm at 407 hours and due for a major 400 service! 200 hr goes by quick! I was planning on an oil change before winter.

400hr major service I planned on doing the hydraulic system service and oil & and air filters myself

My concern was doing the fuel system filters myself. Turns out my friend (used to be a plant manager - was serious about preventative maintenance) kept a log

Since he replaced the two fuel filters every 50hrs, last being at 150hrs - can I skip that on my 400hr service?

Don't forget the air filter....

I would stick with the entire 400 hour service. That way you'll stay in sync with the schedule and not have to remember what deviations you may have made.

I would do fuel filters too, fuel problems are the most frequent issue people have, dirty or water.

You probably want to add a fuel shut off valve if it has not been added already.
