Well I mowing and I accidentally bumped the PTO lever from mid PTO position to Mid/rear PTO position while at 3,000rpms. It engaged and everything is working fine but just wondered if this has happened to anyone else. I was backing up and a branch cought it just right. I engaged all three positions under normal procedure and all positions are working fine. Don't think I damaged anything.

You ruined it. I will be happy to take it off of your hands for 1/5 of what you paid for it now that I know it has been abused. It will be fine once I get it, and I promise I will not repeat what you have done.

I am sure it has happened many times - I have reached down while moving and grabbed the High Low range stick and NOT THE 3 point lever ........... other than scaring the sheeet out of me - no harm, no blood, no foul!

I've never had the PTO spinning on my BX23S, but sounds like a 'backup, parts machine' would be nice
