BX2360 blowing fuse

My BX2360 suddenly started blowing the fuse that allows the headlights to work. No obvious wire pinches or other shorts. Found the negative battery terminal loose and about to fall off, but that wouldn't do it. Any ideas? The fuse is 15amp.

Tried all that to no avail. Did a complete inspection of all wiring and there are no pinches or anything obvious. Guess it is the Kubota dealer's turn! I will post the answer when I know for all to be able to see.

I bet it is the head light switch. Try unplugging the leads from the switch, then simple touch the leads together. Do this a couple of times, if the fuse doesn't blow then it's the switch. If it still blows, well then you have ruled out one item.

Funny thing, the temp dropped to 18 degrees. The lights work fine now. Parked it back in the garage and after 10 minutes of warming up, blew a fuse again. I am still taking the 2360 to the dealer on Friday though.

So I took it to the dealer and they cannot find anything wrong. On top of that, the lights work fine now and do not blow any fuses. I think when the weather warms, it may happen again. Will just have to wait it out.

It sux when you know it broke but it hides from you so you can't fix it.

I have the same problem with my bx2350. When the fuse blows does it cut out your fuel pump? For some reason mine does. If someone here has a schematic that would be great.....
I am thinking that my pump is on its way out if both use the same fuse.

The only thing I can notice is that the headlights go out. Everything else seems OK. The tractor keeps running and all other functions do work.
