We've been using the bx2230 heavily the last few weeks and I noticed a new sensation when using 4 wd drive. I can feel a clicking while turning hard or moving forward only when the 4wd is engaged.
I suspected u joints. Inspection of the two exposed are good. No real play. Could there be something in the front axle to inspect? Possibly the transfer case?
