BX steering wheel cracking

Just noticed this last night. The 3 spokes from the hub to the outer wheel are cracked. Bought the tractor new March 2016 and until last month it was stored outside with the seat flipped up.
Should I contact the dealership about a warranty issue (not sure if this will be covered but can't hurt to ask)

I know an acquaintance with a BX1800 (I think?) with the same problem, about the same age. Our wonderful dealership here told him it wasn't covered because "The only way that can happen is that you are leaning on the steering wheel when you get on & off the tractor." Which he doesn't. Good luck, I hope your dealer is more helpful than ours.
