In March (2018) we moved away from the coast to horse country, Brevard county to Marion county, Florida. Wife has 2 mini horses.
Bought 1.5 acres and have been re-fencing and barn building. Last 6+ years only had Lawn Tractors for acreage, one acre previously. Now I think a sub-compact is indicated so I'm looking at the Kubota BX18nn series. And a dealer is a mile two east of us.
I'm looking for an explanation of the last digits so I can keep up with the sales talk when I go in to shop next Spring.
I think the 18 how is sufficient for our expected use, mowing mostly, and easier for wifie to handle. (Might put my foot down and get front bucket and a rake.)
I've looked at Kubota's web site and like many others it's constructed to sell stuff and communicating is secondary.
Anybody got wisdom as to how Kubota numbers their hardware?

The last two digits indicate the series. The most recent series in the BX line is the 80 series. Prior to that was the 70 series and before that was the 60 series and so on. The 80 series was announced in 2016 and was released in 2017. The updates to the 80 series include the SSQA on the loader, relocated joystick for the loader, quick attach on the loader and maybe some other , minor updates.
