Gonna guess ...... safety switch ..... slap the PTO lever, move the HST pedal, move on the seat a bit ....as you turn the key!

Ronnie.............brother - we are trying to help ..... BUT IF you want an answer, you gonna have to find some more words!!;)

HAVE YOU tried anything we suggested?

Have you checked the status of the battery for sh*ts and giggles?

Have you moving the PTO lever or anything like that WHILE turning the key?

moved PTO lever and bounced in seat while turning key.
Tractor had been at new DAV building for a week and worked great. Only after unloading it at home did it have a problem.

When you say a "meter" - you mean a volt ohm meter..... and it is showing 12+ volts?

Now - IF that is true, that still could be a problem - pop the cover off under the seat, PULL the batter out and take OFF both leads - neg first.

Find a piece of sandpaper and lightly sand the faces of the terminals and inside the cable connectors...... replace and snug up well.

Any difference?

IF no difference - remove battery and have it load tested, a 12 volt can be useless if there is a weak cell or a bad connection.

first, do you hear the lift pump running with key in on position?
if so, rock the hst pedal while holding the key in start position.

if no go, check the position of the safety switches others had mentioned (PTO). They've been known to get misaligned. The PTO switch should be located inside of the left rear wheel well.

Ronnie - - everyone is trying to help.

Okay.....let's get into it a little further:
  1. Do you have lights on the dash when you turn the key?
  2. Does it crank??? Means turns the starter....trying to start.
  3. If it doesn't crank, do you hear just one or two "clicks" in the engine area, not under the seat when you turn the key on?
  4. If you have dash lights and it cranks, do you hear a CONSTANT "clicking" sound under the seat? That's the electric fuel pump working. Supposed to hear that.
  5. If you have dash lights and hear the fuel pump, do you hear one "click" about 5-7 seconds after turning the key to "off?" Supposed to hear that.
Let's start with just #1, #2 and #3 right now.

1, 2, and 3 can help us decide if you have a battery problem or a safety switch that is open.

We will get to #4 and #5 after we get answers to 1-3.

Ronnie - - Feel free to reference your answers whether #1, 2, 3....

NO on -, 1,2,3. I will take home load tester tonight and check battery

Since you don't have dash lights, I'd think battery, battery connections, blown fuse or fuses or something else electrical.

I think lack of dash lights takes the safety switches out of the equation.
