They won't work "with" your existing hydraulics, you will have to add a new 3rd function valve or diverter to add the capability. Cost's could range from $300 up to $800 or more depending on how much you are comfortable doing yourself. There probably aren't any kits available for that old of a machine, so it will be a custom install.

Show a few photos of your FEL control valve, does it have 6 lines or 7 lines? True, you will need to add to your hydraulics to make it work. Once you know what it takes, it's pretty easy (but for a while, it's a lot of Greek information.) Study up on what other have done...

I like the bolt on one that attaches to the sides of the bucket. The Green Machine bolt on one, you normally have to re-enforce the top of the bucket. Can you weld and work with metal???

It's a good investment and makes the tractor much more usable....

Hello, I'm curious as to whether I'd be able to use one of those bolt on grapples with my 1990 Kubota L2250. Has anyone used one of these, I hear good things about them, but I just don't know if it would work with my hydraulics. Thanks for the help.
Yes. You will need to add a third function valve to the loader. Cost for the valve starts around $200 for a manual valve and gets up to around $600 for a solenoid valve.
