Bobcat 763 blowing black smoke

I just got this as a non running project. The exhaust was junk, so i replaced it all, all four injectors tested bad, so 4 new ones went in. After that it fired right up, but it pours black smoke. The injection pump was replaced buy the last owner, but they could not ever make it run. I am looking for pump adjustments??? Ideas Yes it has a new air filter, and no air restrictions

if you are sure there is no intake or exhaust restriction then i would look at injection pump timing or excessive load on the engine.

clean out the fuel tank and lines, also replace the filters. timing could also be off as well.
