All it takes to overcome it is a fancy simple computer that looks at relative humidity and incoming and outgoing water temp and mixes the 2 to keep the temp above the dew point or condensation level.
foam.
You continue to impress me. As far as customer service? I've been to two places for a fancy sink, one of which I have an account at, no dice. Probably order it on line so I can get my granite slab scheduled.

Contractors in AZ in general have a horrible rep. In the Phoenix area, do not, under any circumstances, pay any money up front. Chances are good that you will never see them again.
In northern AZ, where my cabin is, consider yourself privileged if they show up to give estimates, where they will promise the world, and then never show up again.
And I mean 19 out of 20 times.
I think AZ might be the birthplace of poor customer service.

I have a standing philosophy regarding service providers. I originally expounded on it on SurvivalBlog.com in connection with physicians asking if there were firearms in your home, but it works for any and all who offer their expertise and experience:

Physicians, like electricians, plumbers, mechanics and the guy who sucks out the septic tank, are specialists who can supplement the information and practical experience / equipment I need to make decisions and get necessary things done.

But they are hired help. They have no “right” to query into my personal affairs (although there are endless reporting requirements these days for all health care professionals to report everything from rape to hangnails, and a plethora of ambulance chasers hoodwinking folks to bring suit for a piece of the action).

I’ve had the same conversation when I contract with new doctors, dentists, plumbers, etc., for the last 40 years: If we have an appointment at 10, I’ll give you 15 minutes. After that I’m gone, and don’t bill me. Our invoices will cancel each other out.
My time is as important as yours. And I expect answers to all of my questions in a way I can comprehend until I’m satisfied I have enough understanding to make a decision about how we will proceed.

The great majority are surprised but ultimately on board with the idea, admitting it’s refreshing to deal with a patient who takes responsibility.

No intimidation, No pedestals.

Here in Northern Idaho I've found there are incredibly competent and dependable professionals and shade tree jugheads who shouldn't be allowed near tools.

When I state my terms for doing business, the pros readily accept and sometimes even thank me for being up front and giving them the chance to do the same. The morons get huffy, insulted and condescending and usually decline to work with me.

It's a self-filtering system and saves a lot of time.

Trying to mow the yard and heard a bang behind me. Half way through the 20th mowing season and the original belt decided to let go. Can't really complain about that.

Now for the bad service.

The dealer where I bought one tractor from and all my Bushhog implements from have recently dropped Kubota and gone to Deere only. And believe me if it's not green they don't want to talk to you. Not only didn't have the part but haven't even called back (been 2 days) about ordering it for me.

Thanks for nothing Ag-pro.
Ag pro is horrible. They bought out the local green dealer here in town. They used to do all my major repairs on my deere engines for work.

After the buy out they started getting really creative with there billing. 12 hours for a 3 hour job, 4 of those hours were computer diagnostics on a mechanically governed engine. Then the work order read like an Abbot and Costello skit.

The second screwy invoice, they blew out a new part that was just installed on the injection system due their tech not following deere procedures during the replacement. So we got charged twice for the same repair. The part was $900. So $3500 when the repair should have been $1400 or so.

I won't even buy a part from them after that.

That's the truth from everyone I hear from. It's not just one bad dealer it seems to be the entire company.

Buddy of mine just told me he went to the same dealer to get a thermostat for his 5105 JD. Nothing in stock and took 3 days to get the part. Said he asked if it needed a gasket, o-ring or anything because it didn't have anything with it. Parts guy, nope you're good to go. Guess what, parts guy was wrong again.

People had high hopes for Ag-pro because they're a big outfit thinking with such a large network parts would be more readily available. Doesn't seem to be the case at all.

Just to update, 4 days and still no call back on my belt.

Did you try calling a place like Messick’s? They are a Bush Hog dealer according to their website.

Thats why I dont buy parts from either. I can call Engines Inc in Jonesboro Ar which is 3 hours from us. As long as they have it in stock and i can catch them before their UPS pick up time, the part ships the same day as the order was placed and delivered to the shop the next day with standard shipping.
