I posted this back in March 2010, and did not get anyone to respond. (I guess I can't tell a joke). Anyway, still have that creep....and wanted to try to get some advice again. Thanks.
I have an old B7100HST D that begins a slow creep to reverse when the throttle is advanced beyond 1/2 way.
I've lived with this because I am always able to override and go forward when I need to, and I usually don't have to worry about it too much.
Reading a thread earlier, someone posted of a similar problem, and someone answered that it may be a bypass, cut o-ring, etc.
The owner had indicated he had rebuilt his HST recently, and had adjusted the "Up /Down" all the way.
I wanted to see if I could adjust the "Up/Down"...but I'm not really certain what he's referring to. I'm assuming it's an initial forward/reverse foot pedal position. Where would I find this adjustment. Does it effect the HST shuttle position, and how much adjustment play is there.
Thanks
John
