Hi everyone,

I have a B2601 and have noticed something odd with the turn signals... at least it seems odd to me.

When I turn on the turn signal, either direction, not only does the light I expect to blink start blinking, but the turn signal light on the opposite side comes on solid (ie. not blinking).

This is weird. When I give a signal in a car, the other side doesn't light up solid. Is this a general tractor thing, a Kubota thing, or a defect thing?

Thank you,
-Michael

I agree it is normal operation.

My opinion is that the 4 way flashers are intended for on road use which is also the only time you would use turn signal lights.

By turning ON the side opposite where you want to turn, and by flashing the other light to indicate your turn, it is less confusing for the following driver who was initially seeing both lights flashing and then changing to one flashing and the other off. Further compounding the confusion with no brake lights.

This makes sense to be but I may not have explained myself very well :)
