Anyone know the operating pressure for the B219 FEL? The only thing I can find is in the manual exploded view & parts list that shows the spool valve as "Valve, 2 - Spool, 800 PSI".
I'm buying a gauge & adapter tee to check the B670 pressure, & thought I would verify the loader also, but can't find a definitive pressure number.
Thanks in advance.

The tractors Hydraulic system is 1570 psi to 1710 psi
But the 219 runs off of a separate pump and it does look like they have the pressure relief set at 800 psi, will the pump do more probably.
Is there a pressure relief adjustment on that stock valve? That I do not know.

Thanks!

One of the Cessna rebuild kits I researched when I went through the loader showed how to change springs & shim washers to adjust the relief pressure, but it had no specs as to what pressure it should be.
That spring/shim stack is under the small cap just inboard of the return line in the pic.

I went through this a few years back, no rebuild kits available for the Cessna valve from Eaton. I believe the pressure settings are what Arps and Kubota worked out for lift capacity so no damage to the tractor would result, I did just change my cylinders out this year from Surplus Center, had to machine the mounts, but no more leaks.
