I haven't seen any definitions, but I believe the levels are determined by the number of posts. There is no relation to time or tractor skills.

Nothing wrong with being a first year apprentice. They give you a little more leeway with dumb questions that way.... Works for me...lol

It is a mystery to me, I was a first yr apprentice and then when we got to the new year became 2nd year, but when I sent in my support dollars which gives more space for an avatar I became nothing That's ok, I'm thinking Mr K has enough stuff to do keeping those computers up and running.
