54 inch Deck on BX 23XX Anyone??

So I want to pull the trigger on a BX 2380 but I am not going to fit a 60 inch deck in fence without modifications of vinyl fence. I have a 61 inch deck now on zero turn and its just just fits- 60 inch deck on MMM is like really 63.5 inches. So I am thinking of going 54 inch on 2380- but one dealer said not to because ill be cutting right on the tires?? Any one have a BX 23 with 54 inch deck that can tell me it will be fine?? I want to make the 60 inch deck work but i think I will be happier with 54 inch. I really want the bigger machine for Snowblower in winter so dont want to have to go to BX1880. Anyone running 54 inch deck on these machine can offer up insight that would be great- also worried about cut quality- any pics of cut quality would be awesome - scared to drop 19 grand and not be happy!!! I have the 54" deck w/ mulching kit and Gator blades on my 2370. Cuts fine as far as I'm concerned. You're gonna cut on the tire treads with a 60" deck, too. Mowing while the grass is damp is fine for me. Haven't tried mowing wet grass. Sorry, no pics.

I had 2370-1 with a 54" mulching deck. No problem as long as the grass was not wet.

My BX2360 is fine with the 54" fine cut deck.

54" on a BX2360, and it works for me.

I had a 54" on a JD425, and I knew how to navigate it around the yard. I have a lot of stuff to mow around.

Isn't much wider than rear tire width, so need to get close to objects. But, a 60" wouldn't get between some trees, gates, etc. in my lawn.

54" on my BX1500D. Like the rest here.........it mows fine. Better than anything I ever owned before. (Wheelhorse, cubs, JD Garden Tractors).
