3RD Function Valve

3RD function valve with quick couplers on front of B26TLB the Male coupler is leaking around the ball of coupler. I replace with a new coupler and same thing. Couplers are pioneer brand.
My question is if there is nothing connected to couplers ,there should be no hydruic oil under pressure at couplers.

Pressure comes from the tractor side. If the valve is in neutral little if any pressure. If the spool is leaking (and they all leak) there will be leakage pressure from the power beyond circuit every time you operate the hoe or 3pt.
