Where is it stuck --- all the way up or all the way down or in between?? Can you lift the arms by hand?? I assume you have a "rate of movement" valve under the seat. That's not completely close is it??

C corky New member Aug 20, 2009 3 0 0 Bennett, CO, USA Aug 20, 2009 #3 Yes, it was working. Don't know if it stopped working just before they noticed it was low on oil. It is stuck down and one can lift the arms manually.
