Not sure if this is a transmission problem, differential, or clutch but here’s what she’s doing. Will roll in low gear forward on level plane but loses power on an incline with what I could only describe as a whining noise. Very little power in med hear and non in high. Rear pto spins regardless. Hoping it’s a clutch. Any advice out there? Thank you

First thing to do is go out and look on the side of the hood and read the number of the tractor again.
Is it a B2710?
Just want to make sure.

If the PTO is spinning (and has torque, through all the ranges and it's not moving, it has a fluid or HST problem and not a mechanical clutch problem.
