2013 L3800 fuel filter

I walked by my tractor and found my fuel cap cover on the ground after having heavy rains and snow last weekend I took precautions and completely drained the fuel tank,removed quite a bit af water from the bottom of the fuel tank then I noticed water on the bottom of the fuel filter glass I found a video on how to remove the filter and clean it out .Is this the only filter that I need to worry about on this tractor? Is there a water separator that needs to be cleaned or replaced? Thanks

Awesome thank you Teg puts my mind to rest I actually did the same thing with the small o ring I found it on my work bench during clean up then had to find a home for it thanks again for the reply
