Hello:
I bought a 2008 BX24D in the fall of 2016. It came with:
Backhoe BT601
Front Loader: LA240
Snowblower: BX2750D
Since I bought it I have added a Mid-mower deck: RCK54-23BX With mulching Kit
ORIGINAL Tractor Cab #11970
Electric Chute Rotating Kit: GB2514B-1

I do not know exactly how many hours does it have on it as the hour meter does not display, but when I bought it, it had 598 hours. My guesstimate is that I probably put it about 200 additional hours mainly mowing )one season) and snow blowing 250' concrete drive (two seasons).

With my age it is getting harder for me to make use of this great little machine and more importantly, I am running out of room in my pole barn to store all this. So here are my questions:
1. How much can I sell all this (2008 BX24D w/800 hours roughly) for?
2. What is the best place to advertise it?
3. Should I sell all as a package or break it?

Any suggestions and or recommendations would be greatly appreciated .

I'm curious to follow your question as I also have a BX24, 2009 model I bought new. I would most certainly think with the additional add ons you should still be in the $7000+ range depending on the overall condition. A lot of guys don't like the molded plastic bodies on the 24 but to be quite honest I've never had one problem with cracking or anything and sure don't have to be concerned with rusting. I keep mine inside so it's not exposed to the extremes of weather. Guess you just have to see whether buyers are interested in the add ons and decide whether to sell separately. I'd try facebook marketplace as a start and see what kind of action you get. Craigslist is an option however I really want to know who the potential customers are before opening my doors to potential scammers or thieves. Perhaps a word to your local Kubota, Deere or any dealers nearby as they can lead someone towards used equipment. Good luck. Wish I had room for another one.....lol.

I would double Ben's quote and suggest you are in the mid teens easily. Just traded my 2006 BX23 (TLB) and 60" mower deck. Dealer gave me 10K on trade (and it had MANY more hours). I'd suggest that you at least look into what a dealer would offer (especially if you are purchasing another tractor).

Dealers can still offer financing on used equipment, you likely can't.

There are several on-line sources other than craigslist the should provide you with some ballpark numbers...

equipmenttrader, machinerypete, tractorhouse, ironsearch to name a few (all .coms)

I'm really glad to hear I am way low on estimating the value as it makes me feel a lot better about mine! Maybe I should get out more often?...lol. I've considered a few times about stepping up in size but figuring I'd lose out on trading. I've only got about 650hrs. Good luck and if you do sell post the good news.

Thanks, for chiming in. I appreciate that! I think, your suggested figure is about half of what I paid for without adding the mower, and the cab cover.
Your are right, when I got it - didn't know what to look for, the plastic body had cracks. I bought a new one ($400) and installed it.
Have a great day!

This ($s) is more in line with what I was thinking. Knowing what I paid for it. I appreciate the suggestions!
