Done a lot of searching on the internet and can’t seem to find what I need. I’m working on the hydraulics for the 3ph, And looking for torque specs on the cover bolts, and the banjo fitting. Any help appreciated. I’m guessing there aren’t too many of these models around, as I posted other...

    B7500 advice

I’ve had issues for a while now with my 3 pt. It pops the snap ring on the left side of the shaft (50), the shaft migrates right, and the left lift arm falls off. The only thing I can figure at this point, is the groove in the shaft has been damaged and not holding the snap ring. My though...

    B7500 owners

Dave Thanks for the info, but I’m familiar with proper orientation of snap rings. I’m sure I could weld some plate on my bush hog.. ..but my intent of the post was to find out what lift arm height is supposed to be, in the event some of my 3 pt components had been changed. Much easier than...

    B7500 owners

Thanks Dave.....I feel much better:j. Here’s my situation. I’ll use your diagram to explain, although mine is a little different. On mine the lift arm (16) is retained on the shaft by snap rings and a groove in the shaft. When moving snow with a back blade....when lifted to full height, it...

    B7500 owners

Could someone please take a measurement of the lift arm height in the full up position. Was having some problems as I think the arms were going too high. I made a change, and I’m not sure they’re high enough now. Thanks

Lift arm shaft snap ring B7500

Lift arm shaft snap ring B7500

Ran into this problem las year, thought I had it solved, but apparently not. I have a B7500 host...when using a back blade to pull snow.....more importantly, when the blade is angled...I pop the snap ring off of the hydraulic shaft...and the lift arm falls off. I verified correct snap ring and...

Re: Interim report on 3-point hydraulic refresh Just curious....If the 3 pt drops completely overnight....what problems does this cause? I guess I don’t see an issue.

    B7500 lift arm issue

Dave: Thanks for the input. I examined the groove as best I could given the location. I also cleaned it with a brush and solvent. The groove seemed really shallow to me. I installed the snap ring without the arm attached....seemed really secure. I turned the rear blade so it is loading to...

    B7500 lift arm issue

Been using a rear blade for snow behind my B7500. 2 times in the past two days Ive had this problem. The snap ring on the shaft that operates the lift arms pops off....the shaft shifts to the right and the lift arm falls off. I realize I have the blade angled some....but I wouldn***8217;t...

    Hydraulic leak FYI

Been having a hydraulic leak on my LA302 Loader. The fittiing in the dump cylinder seems to be welded in....but there is a small cap on the side of that fitting (not sure really why), that can be removed with a 1/8" allen wrench. It is sealed with an "o" ring, and that was what was leaking...
