Not meaning to hijack this thread... Looking in the manual for my B2601, it says a max box blade scraper size of 54"; the dealer tells me to go 60". So I'm also curious about sizing of these implements.

I looked at a L2501. I was quite impressed with the tractor and price. The deal breaker for me was the lack of mid-pto. I need to have a front mount snow blower for the 1/4 mile+ laneway.

So, I know that this probably seems like a bizarre question, but how "finished" is the cut of a rough cut mower? I need one for some of the work around the place, but also have a lawn to contend with-the lawn is far from "golf green manicured".

I think if you check, you'll find that most if not all of the B series also have mid pto.
