Did you ever finish your set up and get it working? I too have a B2650 and would like to get the 3' Lane Shark, but their website says it's NOT for the B series tractors. I'd like to think that's some liability BS and that the B2650 will run the Lane Shark just fine.

Just installed the above switch. Only thing that seems different from the original is that the lens is green instead of frosted. Makes it difficult to tell if the switch is activated in sunlight, as the light is green too. I did include the spring loaded switch guard, which is easy to flip up...

I just did some work on my tractor, made and installed some rear remotes. I used the Rustoleum Gloss Protective Enamel (7784 charcoal gray). I think the color is a pretty good match to the factory ROPS/Kubota gray. Certainly cheaper and I can't imagine the Rustoleum is any less of a quality...

Also bought a top link cylinder from Surplus Center as mentioned in another OTT thread. Cylinder retracted and stroke lengths are great - tried it out on my box blade. I did have to grind off about 1/8" from the swivel eye where it connects to the back of the tractor, it was just a little too...

Finally completed. I hooked up my flail mower and had a grand time testing it out. Floats and angles down with offset to the side of the tractor for ditches and sets straight up 90 degrees to trim branches along the fence row of trees.
