    Updating BX25D with ???

Went pretty good. I made the Trail with the BX and we even had an SLV95 and even a 60 size excavator down there for retaining walls. :) Going to pour Concrete on it this spring. It is now used as a path for my sided by side.

    Updating BX25D with ???

It is my understanding the Kioti has a 1000lb lifting capacity, Better greasing for the loader, and has dual curl cylinders as well. I am not saying its the one, but a thought.

    Updating BX25D with ???

I have a BX25D with 1000hrs that I am thinking about refreshing. Why? I don't want to work on a tractor – this one is getting old. It’s been worked hard and beat up. I do not like the single bucket curl cylinder. I do not like the anemic loader lifting capacity. I do not like the mower...

    Steep Trail Solution

This isn't the best, but may give you an idea. This is a very old video and a lot has changed. The Path is the same though. At the 1:27 mark is the most troubled spot. Once you get past the really really steep 30-40' part, its just steep from there. :)...

    Steep Trail Solution

\ This is a great Idea, but I am most certain that my Tires would dig out the uphill side of the timber and spit the gravel out. Upon further review. seems I really have a about 3 choices. 1.Do a full concrete pour and tine finish the surface. 2. Install Pavers like this...

    Steep Trail Solution

You have never priced out a hill side lift or talked to an insurance agent about insuring one have you? :D They are big money. I had larger stone in before. My SVL Loved it, the Quad hated it and spit the rocks down the hill. I would combine them both, but would be too afraid of of just...

    Steep Trail Solution

If I could put more switchbacks in, I would have. With the slope so steep and the lot so narrow, I have the path in the only available spot which is also the most efficient. We do have a walking path as well, but this path is primarily used for my quad, and once fully completed, I highly doubt I...

    Steep Trail Solution

We have both concrete and asphalt plants local. I am not a fan of using either as recycled material. The metal catwalks I dont think would work either. I am waiting for some more detail via email on the pavers. I would use concrete turf pavers, but they are heavy and a PIA to install.

    Steep Trail Solution

Steep trails- I am getting mixed reviews on how to tackle my project. I am hoping to avoid too much experimentation so figured I would post here, to see if anyone has tackled this before. Issue: Gravel washing out/eroding on Steep Trail. -Need a solution. Trail consists of Mirafi 140n...

BX Mower and Rear Bagger Questions

    1. What is the "best" choice for a rear rotary brush mower for a bx? -Specifically Size, Brand/Model 2. Is the Kubota GCK60-23BX Bagger Grass Catcher worthy of the price paid?

    New Tractor break in

These machines are way too expensive to piss away hours on them for break-in emotional well being. Just use it sensibly (if at all concerned.)

    New Tractor break in

The older I get, the more I am convinced that Break in Periods on anything are simply mere wife's tales. Truck, tractor, boat, or race bike. Matters little. Never have I had anything that I felt ended its life prematurely due to a lack of "Proper Break-in procedure. After the first 20 minutes...

    The day my BX died.

Well... its kind of dead to me. Literally haven't used it more than 2 Minutes since I got the 75.

    The day my BX died.

Like many of you, I came here lurking when I decided that I needed a tractor. To make a long boring read short, it came down to 1025R or BX25. The BX won out for other boring reasons. I have read here and on Facebook pages the excitement and enthusiasm of BX owners abroad with their machines and...

    Cant find water line

Paid a Guy $100 to come out and do a locate with a Rigid Locator tool. What a complete waste. That thing was freaking useless. Neighbor said... I think its in the corner by the porch. Dug down. Found it.
