    Drill Press Recommendation?

Drill presses from Global Industry $ 17 k to _ 300.00. Now that's a range. I've got, and occasionally use, a HF bench model. Basically junque. I can't get it to not wander. And the Quill is tight.

    "Stick" Rakes

I purchased a "Landscape Rake" for a 3 point hitch. We had 6 acres and I had a grey market Yanmar 1510D. Quickl came to the conclusion that these were Gravel rakes Tines we're 1x4 X 1 flat stock where I needed 1/4 diameter pins. Used all of once in 3 years.

    "Stick" Rakes

Rake the lawn. Oaks here are continuingly shedding twigs (and acorns) and such.

    "Stick" Rakes

When I Google for a 3 point rake the results I get are overwhelmingly "Landscape" Rakes, then Tedders, De-Thatchers, and a few others. Maybe one or two are classified as a "Stick Rake" which is what I'd term the true landscaping implement. And those Landscape Rakes are, to my eye, gravel rakes...

Try Wawa? (Not a tout, I have zip connection with them). Wawa seems to have a non-ethanol pumps in Florida.

    Drill Press Recommendation?

Stand in front of the drill press and grab the chuck and try to rattle the chuck versus the collamn. If no movement look to see if leveling the base or platform (collumn at 90* to base) is possible/adjustable. If you find any play in any way run!

my final 3 year review of my Bx and my GR 1 month

I've got to agree with Paul. While I don't need to tow every time it's an option I'll need 3 - 4 times a year.

my final 3 year review of my Bx and my GR 1 month

I'm leaning away from a ZTR. If I want to spread seed or fertilizer, or rake, or fill low spots how do I use a tow implement with one?

my final 3 year review of my Bx and my GR 1 month

Thanks for posting this as next year I'll be replacing our 42" Husquvarna LT. Don't know which way I'll go as our needs are first mowing and turf maintenance then everything else. But I'd love to have a small FEL and Boxblade/Scraper to improve, read fill in, the divots so the lawn is smoother.

    Building a pole barn

We do not have (much) frost heaving in Florida but ... Due to the dry spell we are currently in a post (area light) I am currently dealing with had an inch+ of concrete showing at the base where during the summer rains the concrete was just visible. Ergo unless you want the poles flexing and...

    Building a pole barn

Another consideration, especially in Colorado, would be frost heaving.
