BX hydraulic lines leak after removing FEL

Yep, I'm following that procedure. Really, new connectors already? It's a year old with under 200 hrs on it. Is it safe to operate like this? I'm trailering it to a friends tomorrow to do some work.

BX hydraulic lines leak after removing FEL

I would say it's about 1/4 cup or so and it will eventually stop but will slowly leak for a few hours or so until the hanging hoses dangle. It definetely doesn't seem right. I'll check and see if the check valve is closing. This last time I unhooked it was the worst. Soaked my work glove as I...

BX hydraulic lines leak after removing FEL

When I drop my FEL off of my BX2670 the 4 quick disconnect lines seem to leak a good amount each time I disconnect them to the point where I just keep an oil pan on the floor so it doesn't ruin my concrete. I am new to FEL's but go through the procedure as instructed from the dealer, making sure...

BX mower blade replacement (double check)

Kubota part number for this deck is K5371-99040 so looks like the Oregon 96-612 is the blade.

BX mower blade replacement (double check)

I've been poking around looking for the right Gator blade replacement for my BX2670 with a RCK60B23BX mower. Judging from this link it should be PN 96-612: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/k...er-blades.html BUT that shows a length of 20 9/16" and when I took a quick measurement of my blades...

    B8200 3pt and mower deck won't raise

Changed the udt fluid and checked/cleaned the screen filter with no change. Has to be a pump or something the you guys think? Bummer.

    B8200 3pt and mower deck won't raise

I can lift the mower with the end link since they are connected. A few people I've talked to today told me that the "lock" only prevents the implement from being dropped and that it could still be raised manually like when pushing down on the 3 point end links. But that still doesn't really...

    B8200 3pt and mower deck won't raise

From what I can tell the "lock" is twist all the way to the right (under the seat). I finally got it to move with some pliers and it doesn't appear to be locked, the way I'm understanding it. One more thing, if it is "locked" should I be able to move the 3 point arms? Because I can lift up on...

    B8200 3pt and mower deck won't raise

Neither, just a 60" belly mower, that's all I've ever used it for.

    B8200 3pt and mower deck won't raise

The buyer brought that up and I have never touched that knob but we tried. It wouldn't budge in either direction. I sprayed some PB blaster on it and let it sit back in the barn tonight. Maybe it is "locked" I guess, just dont know how that would have happened, unless someone was tinkering with...

    B8200 3pt and mower deck won't raise

Go figure... I use this tractor for 6 years with no problems, I buy a BX, powerwash my B8200 to sell it and set it outside by the road for a week through a couple heavy rains and when I show it to a guy tonight who was about to buy it the damn mower deck and 3pt hitch won't raise! It has leaked...

    BX2670 tire psi?

Thanks, I'll look into the gator blades. Higher tire psi made all the difference in the world when using the loader yesterday. I think the main cause of the instability I was feeling was because of the low tire pressure. I can tell I'm really going to love this little tractor. Put a good 17 hrs...

    BX2670 tire psi?

Thanks for the input. I've actually just started searching for wheel spacers earlier this morning. Curious to see how it works as a mower tomorrow when I drop the FEL.

    BX2670 tire psi?

I think I have about 12 F and 8 R right now and it felt a little tippy when moving some dirt last night so I'll bump it up to see if it feels safer. And then I had a dream that I rolled it into a pond!! It's going to take some getting use to the shorter stance than by B8200, that's for sure. I...
