It should be fine. I use Rotella or CAT 15w40 oil in my Kubota BX1800.

We always do a double pass as deep as possible for our customers. The dirt looks like it is poured out of a bag and 6-8" deep with no green showing ever.

We run a tilling service with a 48" tiller. We run it all one direction starting on the right side to leave no tire track. Then we run a pass across the end to fill in the divet. Never a complaint in years now.

Pulled it out of the shop and mowed 1.25 acres between the rain showers. :)

Get some generic hydraulic rams and hoses from the farm store and fix it yourself. Way cheaper and you can paint them orange if you need to.

Put your lower 3 point arm pins on the inside of the tiller frame. That will push the tiller back and give room for a PTO shaft. The BX series like my BX1800 use a hybrid cat 0-1 hitch system. This works great on my tractor with the same tiller.

What is anyone using for a replacement upgrade on the three dash lights toggle switches? I have the red hazard light switch which doesn't work at all. The headlight switch only works occasionally and sticks on or off constantly. I figure the turn signal switch will go next so I might as well...

Yep. Put my fluke meter on it and the ohms were OL on the two wires. Plugged it back on and the tractor started. So I either have a dirty plug connections or the switch is going bad.

I'm having the same problem with my BX1800 and it has a good battery. I have lights and the fuel shut-off solenoid is clicking but the starter will not do anything. Is there something else causing the problem or is it a bad starter? Where is a good place to get a starter if that is the problem?
