that's a tough one to locate .......... if you do - expect $500 or more for it

Price doesn’t bother me, I’m thinking about making one as I have a Bridgeport and lathe and access to Cnc equipment. I’d obviously rather purchase one though

I have not done the research on this at all, so ignore my ignorance.
Is there not a way to acquire a internal idler, or remove an internal idler to swap the direction? I cant imagine the cases being that different. I would think the manufacturer would add/remove this component to get the rotation based on destination country.

They do seem available if your wanting the external cassette.

No, I did read some guys swapping out the internals from a 7100?

That would be the ideal route. 7100 are very prevalent.
I found a company that makes a reverser for 800 shipped. So the question becomes , is it cheaper to buy all the parts from the 7100 or just buy the reverser . I guess you also need to factor in the time required to swap everything over

I just studied the parts breakout from both of these. The rear differential case of the b7100 has the reverser build into the back cover of it. It literally reverses rotation at the back cover with the output being higher. Your b6000 does not have a provision on the rear of the case for this taller cover and spur gears. So with this said you would have to swap the whole rear differential as an assembly.

If you need one to study let me know. I am getting close to bolting mine up but am not in any hurry to do so. If you wanted one to do some reverse engineering off of I can help you.

What does something like this cost ? The entire rear assembly that is ?

Would be best to source out a salvage unit. I almost bought one for parts the other day. Whole 7100 bad engine for 500. B6100 housing should work as well.

Sorry for the confusion! I have a Hub City reverser that I am about to bolt up that could be replicated fairly easily with the right equipment/ability. If you decide to build your own you can use this one for a pattern.
