I've noticed on this site along with several others that the posters and/or responders refer to their snow blower, tractor, gun, whatever, as a "SHE" or "HER". Now I was not aware that you could buy any of the above named equipment in a different or preferred gender.

I just went out and went all over my Kubota, and could not see anything to sort that out for me.

I've never seen a gal on any site refer to any of the above as a "HE" or "HIM"

Is it just a guy thing or what?

Maybe it's because they can be a Bi^ch to work on, they can be as temperamental, and they can take all your money too!

Inside note: The wife helped with the reasons!;)

I think it stems back to the military. Ships and planes are often referred to with a feminine name.
I call my tractor Nemo, and my truck Reginald, for what it's worth.

Just look underneath. If your tractor has this "bump", it's a him. If not, it's a her.

that would explain why my 4 wheel drive doesn't seem to work very well!:)

Actually, I took the photo before I dropped the gearbox down to replace the leaking oil seal. I also didn't realize that all the hydro oil would drain out of the tractor from this one location.

The wife and I were at the Walmart a couple of weeks ago.....

She wants me to buy the Krupt one cup coffee maker, cost $170.
I told her if I spend $170 on anything, "I'm gonna drive it, shoot it, or F it".

Yeah......tits or wheels........you got that right.

My wife and I have a great marriage, best friends.

We drink 4-6 pots of coffee a day, can't see any reason to brew one at a time. My mother has one of the one cup makers and so does my wife's son, for us it would be a waste of money. For her, I think it's the novelty of it.
