.... Businesses have many many more ways to reduce their tax liability and GOOD businesspeople will do all that they can in order to do so. They give much to charity (tax incentives), they buy more assets, etc. Write offs, incentives, deductions, credits. A place I used to work at, the accounting lady always said that they ideally need to have enough deductions to offset 100% of the taxes that they either normally had to pay in or did pay in. ....
notice that all the things done above to create tax deductions are good for Joe Public!!!!
. Give charity.. helps those in need
. improve your biz (which opens more jobs),
. buy newer equipment (which opens more manufacturing jobs... someone has to make the new stuff)

That was the whole point in the design. If you Joe Businessman do things that result in scratching the back of "the people" and we will give you some tax deductions..... and it works...... but the press and the fools with class envy; like you said in earlier part of above post.... reverse this reality to spread their disdain.

It wasnt the pandemic that caused business problems (well maybe the first weeks of it did) but it was government intervention, mandates, executive actions etc that caused the REAL money issues with business.

As usual the government solution to the problem caused more harm than good and the elites that made those rules suffered no consequence.

The least they can do is give us a break on taxes weather they call it ppp loan or something else doesnt matter to me.
