Rice is cooked, as is the shrimp (in this case) and egg. Rest of the fish is in its natural State.
It’s my favorite food actually, although there are others I enjoy as well, from different ethnic backgrounds.
This is Sushi for those who are not familiar with it.
The green substance on the lower left of the photo is a paste called wasabi, which is spicy but different in that it’s affect is not long lasting like a red pepper would be. It can make your scalp tickle though if used in excess!

Been cold and rainy here as well. Gonna prep the crock pot tomorrow morning and get a double batch of chili going. Not sure if the kids are coming here tomorrow night for trick or treating.
