I did both.

That was my lunch the other day minus the mustard. Was on the road and needed fuel. So I hit circle K. Two cheddar smokies with ketchup and sweet relish, and a bag of cheddar/ onion ruffles

I missed the opportunity to take a picture of these franks on the Weber grill. They had nice grill/grate marks and split from end to end. Perfect.

It will probably be another year before I decide to do this again.

While it was a few weeks ago, my birthday dinner today.

Ribeyes, BBQ shrimp, grilled veggies and some oven baked little taters.

There’s a chocolate cake in the mix too….

Another batch of Redneck Chef &Son Genuine Chicken Wing Sauce, and some soy, garlic and brown sugar marinade we use for grilled salmon.

Surf and turf. Grilled soy/garlic pork chops with similar grilled salmon. Smells good..
