5 years and 25000 miles on Provider G rated tires. The only “issue” is…. Well, nothing. Might go ahead and replace them this winter. Maybe keep one as an extra spare.

I have three main flatbed trailers. All bumper pull. One has two 3500 pound axles and 15 inch tires. One has two 7,000 axles and 16 inch tires and the other has three 7,000 axles with 16 inch tires. I always run metal valve stems and have run the heaviest ply Kumho truck tires I can buy and have had zero tire issues. I normally run fairly heavy and run right down the road. I do keep my trailers in a shed.
Just for entertainment purposes; “Kumho” (in Japanese, pronounced Coo-Mo) ..means “Cloud”. (It can also mean: to Jump).

Did your trailer have “China Bombs” on it? Most trailers and RVs come with the cheapest, junk tires on them that the manufacturer can buy. Put on a good quality name brand tire. If you need help finding a good brand, go onto RV forums because there is a lot of good information on there.
Myself, I've always used good quality car or truck tires on my trailers. I don't think the tires that are labeled "trailer tires" are much different-

A buddy of mine runs a shop here in N.C. that does trailer repair work. 90% of his customers are commercial users and many of them run really large horse trailers, Goose neck dump trailers, and construction equipment trailers.

He has been installing Green Ball Tow-Master XD tires on these commercial trailers and he said the commercial guys love the tires.

I complained about having to replace tires often on my Airstream trailer and my 22' equipment hauling trailer. He recommended I also try the Tow-Master XD tires. 6 years on my airstream and the tires look great. No visble checking or cracking.

The only trailer tire that I would buy is Goodyear Endurance. On those trailers that I can fit a truck tire, I use Goodyear Wrangler HT tires. Stay away from any and all China Bombs.
I have gone the same route and only replace with the Goodyear Endurance ST tires. I had several issues with the less expensive Carlisle and other China Bombs. No more!
